At Spector Bass Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the instrument or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective internal foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
